Information about our refund process and payment policies

This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for refunds on the Eco Rummy platform.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. We should state that any user who plays the game is aware of all the rules and understands how the game works. The company will not be responsible for any loss to any player due to a lack of playing skill.

In case of any technical issues or payment-related problems, please contact our support team immediately. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

For any payment-related issues, please contact our support team at support@ecoblendsolutions.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time of transaction
  • Amount
  • Issue description

Account Balance Transfer

To transfer your account balance, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Eco Rummy account
  2. Go to the "My Account" section
  3. Select "Withdraw Funds"
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer
  5. Complete the verification process
  6. Confirm the transfer

Please note that all transfers are subject to verification and may take 1-3 business days to process.

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via email described in "Contact Us".

Cancellation Process:

  1. Send an email to support@ecoblendsolutions.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request".
  2. Include your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.
  4. If your problem is confirmed. We will initiate a cancellation for you.

Once cancelled, and you were billed for it, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 1-3 business days

In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Refund Policy Details

Refund will be processed if:

  1. There is a technical error in the payment system that causes your account not to be credited despite being charged.
  2. You are charged multiple times for the same transaction.
  3. There is a service outage immediately after your payment that prevents you from accessing the service.
  4. Due to payment loopholes, you pay repeatedly for the same order.

You could take steps as follows to request refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@ecoblendsolutions.com with your transaction details.
  2. Provide proof of payment (screenshot of transaction, bank statement, etc.).
  3. Our team will verify the details and respond within 48 hours.
  4. Once verified, the refund will be processed according to the timeline below.

Refund Timeline:

  • If paid by Credit/Debit Card, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • If paid by Net Banking, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • If paid by UPI or Wallet, refunds will be sent to original account within three working days once requests are submitted to concerned institutions.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Losses incurred during gameplay due to lack of skill or understanding of the game rules.
  • Requests made after 30 days from the date of transaction.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or responsible gaming policies.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to fraudulent activities.
  • Withdrawal of funds that have already been processed and sent to your bank account.
